Planning appraisal and site meeting – £299
We will research the relevant planning policies, meet you at the site or premises to give you an honest opinion about your proposals or the potential of your land and provide our advice and recommended strategy in writing.
Planning appraisal, site visit and initial meeting with the Local Planning Authority - £499
If, after having undertaken the appraisal and met at the site, it would be appropriate to discuss your proposals with the Local Planning Authority to ascertain their stance and to gain their support, we will arrange and attend the meeting and then advise on the next course of action in writing.
Thereafter, the work required will depend on the agreed strategy and we will provide you with a fee estimate for each stage of work which will reflect the complexity of the case.
Fees are inclusive of travel costs within 20 miles of our office in Stockport, thereafter we will charge 45p per mile or public transport equivalent.
Other Services
