Connectivity helps Armed Forces veterans

Armed Forces Respite and Rehabilitation Centre approved in Cheshire countryside.

Mike of Connectivity Associates has helped the Charity, Transformation for Veterans, secure planning permission for a respite and rehabilitation centre within the Cheshire countryside near Tarporley.
The facilities to be provided at the centre will help to improve the lives of our Armed Forces Veterans who have been mentally and physically harmed whilst serving our country.

The proposed development includes respite residential accommodation in 23 lodges, rooms for counselling, training and therapy, a gymnasium and communal social area.  The application for full planning permission had been negotiated with the Planning Officers of Cheshire West and Chester Council who had recommended the application for approval.  The Planning Committee approved the application with the casting vote of the Chair.
The Charity, Sanctuary for Veterans, is now looking to raise funds to make this £3.25 million scheme a reality.  For more information about the scheme and how you can help the Charity go to http://www.sanctuaryforveterans.co.uk
